Complaints
If suspected or confirmed. that the ordered product has not arrived as it should, please immediately send photos of the product and the receipt in a complaint e-mail.
When a product breaks down sooner than expected, we also ask you to send us photos of the product and your receipt with the date of sale via email. If the product arrives broken, please send photos and we will try to send a new package as soon as possible.
Complaints are considered immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

Returns
Returns to the Consumer pursuant to Art. 27 section 4 of the Act on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
In order to return the goods intact, they should be sent together with the completed contract withdrawal form to our address:
