Peruvian chuncho is the oldest, authentic and purest cocoa bean. This grain was cultivated in pre-Inca times by the Matsigenka Indians. They considered cocoa to be the best and the most powerful. Chuncho's cocoa heritage has stood the test of time. In the Urubamba Valleys, there are cocoa trees that are 200 years old, and the families who cultivate them maintain traditions and proudly protect this species.
Obtaining this cocoa gave us a lot of joy, it is the first cocoa that I discovered when I was in Peru 5 years ago and I was delighted with its taste and effect.
Abundance of flavor, high aromaticity and extraordinary strength are the terms that best describe this cocoa.
Peruvian Chuncho has a brilliant taste, chocolatey, velvety, very deep. It dissolves easily, is thick and fluffy. It is slightly dry and combined with oat or almond milk makes a delicious dessert. There is no need to sweeten it at all.
We called it Divinity because its energy leads straight to the heart and reminds us of unconditional love. Cocoa has extraordinary power. It is the essence of real, native chocolate, with a beautiful history and energy. Perfect for ceremonies, circles, celebrations and celebrations. Divine cocoa beautifully introduces meditation and tranquility, perfect for activities in nature, yoga and dancing. It increases energy while calming the racing mind. It pleasantly warms the heart and softens the body. It connects us to our higher self.
I wholeheartedly recommend this cacao to try to anyone who wants to experience a higher level of ceremonial cacao experience.
